Anne Faulk founded Swingvote, LLC, a full-service outsource provider of proxy delivery and voting services for banks, brokerage firms and institutional investors. Before founding Swingvote, Ms. Faulk was Chairman and CEO of Faulk & Co., which provided proxy research, analysis and voting services for institutional investors and the plan sponsor communities.
Ms. Faulk is an expert in corporate governance analysis and voting, as well as many innovations in the proxy services industry, ranging from the concept of electronic delivery of proxy analysis and recommendations and electronic proxy voting systems in 1989 to Swingvote’s patented Electronic Solicitation. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
Before founding Swingvote, Anne wrote two novels, Holding Out, 1998, Simon & Schuster, and High Flyers, 2002, Headline Books.
