E. WADE SHEALY, JR. – Managing Member

Responsible for the overall operation and management of the company. Leads the team and collaborating team members to achieve strategies and development plans in accordance with the tenets set forth. Oversees all aspects of financial segments, planning sessions, and communications with government agencies and organizations.

Wade has helped envision, design, and develop more than one dozen major recreational communities and is considered a leader in environmental development. Wade is an honor graduate from the University of Georgia where he has been a guest lecturer at the Terry School of Business and the School of Environment and Design.

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Marina and Dock Council, and the Governor’s Land Conservation Council and received the 2004 Tree Friendly Developer of the Year for Coastal Georgia. Wade was the founder and visionary for Hampton Island, Georgia. He is responsible for achieving $2.5 billion in resort property development and sales spanning a 23-year career.
