1. Threads is already a reality: Meta launches new app and they are already calling it The Twitter Killer 🐦⬛.
We recently talked about Threads📢, the app that Meta was finalising to fill the space left vacant by Twitter after being bought by Elon Musk 🚽.
Threads went public this week and the reactions have not parado🗣️. As we have told you during this time, there have been other apps that have wanted to position themselves 🚩 as a social network for content and open conversations, taking over the space left by Twitter🙋🏻♂️.
Mastodon🐘, for example, reinforced this positioning as the "new Twitter" thanks to the mess-ups of Musk🤦🏻♀️**, achieving a much higher popularity than would have been expected had it not been for the changes, layoffs and instability of Twitter🫨.
In addition to competitors, Twitter has ex-employees who hold a grudge 😠 against the company (especially its new owner). Hence several ex-Twitters, founded Spill ☕️🫖, which has already been nº1 in downloads. Revenge is served cold in the Stores🥶.
Now Meta is launching Threads, but unlike Mastodon or Spill, it has all the power that Zuckerberg wanted to give it🫡. In addition to virtually unlimited funds, it has a monthly active user database of 2 billion🔋.
In fact, Threads will be closely tied to Instagram; registration associated with the IG account and ability to import all content📚. This allows creators to not have to start from scratch when joining a new channel, speeding up expansión⏱️.
For now, it's available for iOS and Android in over 20 countries, of course at USA🇺🇸, but not in Europe yet due to regulatorias🙅🏻♂️, although it won't take long to land, but we leave you with an alternative way to try it out if you have an Android📲.

3. Airbnb will implement AI to offer you your perfect accommodation🤖🧳.
November and May. Following its usual policy of launching 2 new features per year, Airbnb has marked these two months to launch something that changes everything 🌬️. For November there is talk of small changes in Airbnb, but for May, its CEO talks about profound changes focused on AI💥.
Brian Chesky, CEO of Airbnb, retains a close relationship with Sam Altman, CEO of Openai from his time at Y Combinator🧢**. Now, Chesky has explained his plans for implementing AI at Airbnb, for example, helping 📞 customer service agents locate the best response in the shortest possible time 👓.
But the jewel in the crown 👑, in terms of value for usuario👩🏻💻, is to implement a concierge service 💁🏻 (concierge/assistant/butler) that helps the user to locate the ideal destination and accommodation by answering a few questions🤖😍.
We'll have to wait until May 2024, but the announcement of a completely different Airbnb, with AI at the heart of the experience🤖, sounds so good that we've marked it on our calendar 📆 so we don't miss it.
