1. TRAK, the Digital Physiotherapy startup, closes a round of €1.3M 💆🏻♂️🖥️.
TRAK has started the year better than good 👏🏼: they announce the success of the €1.3M funding round, led by Decelera Ventures.
This digital physiotherapy platform seeks to forever change the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries 🩼, making rehabilitation more accessible than ever thanks to its AI technology 🤖.
TRAK's tool goes beyond a simple home rehabilitation exercise video. It is classified as a medical device 🥼, which allows healthcare professionals to offer personalized treatments through physical exercises 💪🏼, with real-time corrections and detailed clinical data analysis. This is possible thanks to the detection 👀 of 20 body keypoints, which allow video monitoring of movement and real-time corrections 🦵🏼.
TRAK's goal with this round is not only to consolidate its position as a national leader in digital physiotherapy, but also to start its international expansion 🌏 and reach other markets with more experience in digital health services, following the success with Mapfre, Sanitas, and Mutua Universal, which already use TRAK in their health services 🤝🏼.
On the other hand, the funds will be used to improve the scalability of the company, covering everything from product development to regulation to classify its software as a class 2 medical device 🩻.

2. Aldara, the Digital Property Manager for voting without seeing your neighbor, raises €2.7M 📨🏢.
Aldara is finally changing property management by introducing technology into a necessary but complex activity 😓. They have managed to make management of property communities more accessible, agile, and transparent, something that until now seemed stuck in time 📜.
The platform digitizes traditionally manual processes, offering solutions such as asynchronous voting 🗳️, reducing response times ⏱️, viewing community data in real time 📊, or the status of incidents 🚨, which promises to truly transform the experience of property managers and residents (and peace in the world 🕊️).
The €2.7M investment obtained aims to promote the product in the market and make this digital alternative known, and for the development and evolution of the product, incorporating a services marketplace for the community 🛠️.
This modern approach to digitized property management marks a turning point in a sector that, although it handles a significant volume of business, is generally valued neutrally or negatively 🤷🏻♂️.
Of course, onboarding involves voting for the departure of the previous Property Manager to make the transfer 🗂️ to Aldara, which will activate access to the platform for owners in minutes 🔑. Would this make for a Netflix series? 📽️ Maybe.

3. HeHealth, the app with AI for assessing venereal diseases in men with just a photo 🤖🔬**
One of the most taboo topics out there: sexually transmitted diseases 💓 are an easy target for desperate searches for symptoms and diagnoses on Google 🔎.
This company's story begins with the case of a good friend of the founder, who mistakenly self-diagnosed with HIV and, driven by desperation and shame about the disease, attempted suicide. He didn't have HIV and fortunately did not succeed in taking his life. But something clicked in Doctor Yudara Kularathne and he got the ball rolling 🔜.
He founded HeHealth with the purpose of democratizing symptom detection through image comparison 🩻. With just a photo and a few symptom-related questions that the user must answer, the AI can compare among a database of 10,000 cases. This service is free and has already had over 40,000 users since 2022.
The next optional step is to obtain validation 📋 conducted by a doctor, which costs only $9.99 and generates a document that can be downloaded with the diagnosis, now human 👨🏻⚕️.
An incredibly interesting, specific, and focused model aimed at solving a health problem with a tremendous stigma 🤫 that is capable of profoundly improving access to a healthcare service that many men avoided out of fear or shame 😪.
👉🏻 Here you can read the news about HeHealth and an interesting analysis of the process, UX 📲, and freemium-premium service of disease diagnosis 🦠.
👉🏻 Here is the HeHealth website where you can't miss the wonderful use of vegetables to showcase the app's features with a certain elegance 🌽 🍆 🌶️
4. The most promising Fintechs gathered in the 2nd Visa Innovation Program Europe 💰🧑🏼💻**
That digital payments, ecommerce, or online banking are a reality and the present is no surprise. That merging finance, payments, and technology still has a long way to go is always motivating 😎.
Money, loans, finances... maybe the most intangible 🫰🏼 and transversal 🔁 of all commercial activities have come together in the second edition of the Visa Innovation Program Europe.
There were eight selected, and all have something very interesting to say 🗣️. The objective of this program is to identify those with the most growth potential and integrate them into the Visa ecosystem to access resources, clients, or investors to launch their value propositions and boost their growth.
We have two favorites:
📈 GoScore, which allows analyzing a user's credit score or solvency by connecting their bank accounts (open banking) 🆒.
💳 Coverflex, an employee payment solution capable of adding elements in addition to salary, such as expenses, insurance, or benefits 🍕.
